Yoga for EVERY body!
After the birth of her oldest son in 2001, Rhonda discovered Anusara style yoga and was in love. When her Anusara teacher retired, Rhonda found Iyengar Yoga and enjoyed the more physical aspects of this type of yoga. After teaching Freshman Composition for almost 10 years, Rhonda decided to pursue her love of yoga full time. Rhonda completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Charlotte Family Yoga Center and earned certification in Power and Prenatal Yoga.
In October 2015, Rhonda earned a certification in Aerial Yoga. In August 2016, Rhonda earned her 500 hour certificate in Therapeutic Yoga from Integrated Yoga Therapy and she is working toward a certificate in Yoga Therapy to be completed in 2018. She is also certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, and Veterans Yoga.
