Rhonda offers classes, courses, training, and workshops that shed light on the therapeutic nature of yoga and how yoga applies to all other aspects of life.
Rhonda is dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies. Her focus is on working with people who have anxiety, depression, or chronic pain. She is a yoga therapist in training who is certified in Therapeutic, Prenatal, Postnatal, Aerial, Trauma Informed, Veteran's Yoga, and Yoga Wall.
In addition to her yoga certifications, Rhonda holds a Master's Degree from Penn State in Curriculum and Instruction. She utilizes this degree often, but especially when offering teacher training.
